Complaints Procedure

At Leisure World Group we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and we take matters very seriously if you are unhappy with any aspects of our products or services. If you are not fully satisfied and would like to submit a formal complaint, please follow our complaints procedure below.

  1. Complete the form below with as much detail as possible regarding your complaint. We will review the complaint as soon as possible and aim to respond to you within 10 working days.
  2. If you feel your complaint is unresolved, or you don’t hear a response from us within 10 working days, please resubmit the below form stating that this is your second complaint attempt.
  3. If your complaint remains unresolved or unanswered for a further 10 working days, please email our complaints manager [insert name] at XXX@lwguk.com directly.
