always a pleasure to buy from leisure world, nothing too much trouble when browsing various caravans to get a feel for different models and layouts, other dealerships sometimes get frustrated when you ask to unlock multiple caravans to browse but here it's never a problem, this was our 2nd purchase from leisure world Catterick in 12 months and on both occasions have been met with the same level of service and the same sales person which i must add gives a more personal feel to the sale. we didn't even consider going anywhere else to view caravans as leisure world always have a good selection of both new and used stock to browse, also a very well stocked accessory shop and indoor awning display showroom, top marks here and would recommend to everyone, also a big thanks to Ross once again for a smooth sale!!

in the current covid19 restrictions our salesman Ross was happy to unlock any caravan we wished to view and at no point did we feel like we were being pushed towards a certain make or model, we were left completely alone to view and Ross was happy to answer any questions we had. we already had a caravan and didn't really intend on changing it but with the choice and deals leisureworld had it was hard to come away without a new one. once we had decided on a particular van we sat down with Ross and discussed our trade in and was very happy with the price offered and the deal was done in less than half an hour and was informed our new van would ready to collect within 10 days. really happy with the service we received here and would highly recommend.

In all from first viewing the 2020 model, striking a fair deal to part exchange our existing caravan, the expected delivery dates which proved to be very accurate and organising a collection at a time to best suit ourselves can only be described as very smooth and professional. It is always a good experience when there are no high pressure sale tactics and the often used line "This deal is only available for today". We were given the opportunity to view the new van on the day following delivery from the factory to Catterick Caravans and again on the day of collection with plenty of time to have a good look around on both occasions.

Many thanks to Jeff Florentine for his approach to ensuring we received the package we were after and to the workshop team in the service department for exchanging the motor moving and fitting the TV brackets.

I hope our new van will provide us with many happy memories and we continue with our long relationship with Catterick Caravans.

I would recommend Leisure World as I found the overall experience of buying good, the young salesperson was helpful and when he did not know something he asked a colleague for us. The caravan was generally in good order when we came to collect it, the small items that were missing were given to us on the day and while one issue had not been resolved we were promised a mobile technician would come out and solve the problem. However I fixed it myself as I worked out how. The biggest issue for us was that the handover date was delayed with less than 24 hours notice after we had been told the caravan was ready and paid in full. I found this frustrating especially as it was due to work which had been identified two weeks earlier not having been carried out however the actual delay was only a week.

We had been looking for a bigger caravan for a few weeks and decided that we would call into leisure world catterick we had a look at a few caravans I must add all were clean and well very presented and we were able to browse without any salesmen breathing down our necks ( thanks) it was our lucky day we found the caravan that fitted our requirements perfectly we had a good look around it it was then I spoke to mark the salesman about the caravan despite the horrendous weather outside he donned his coat and showed me all around the caravan explaining all the external features before moving into the interior and doing the same there was never any pressure for us to make a decision and we're giving as much time as we wanted we decided this was the caravan for us so we decided it was a definite yes mark took us inside to warm up and dry off while he went for the coffees the checks and paperwork were a breeze with mark explaining everything as he was doing it we traded our old van in and had the mover swapped over onto the new van nothing was too much trouble we arranged a pick up time and day mark was waiting for us as we arrived the van was plugged into the electric and mark went over all the controls and workings of the interior and exterior it was very comprehensive handover (very impressed)

All in all we had an excellent experience at leisure world catterick and mark is a credit to the business as are the team that did all the work behind the scene as the caravan is immaculate .

Many thanks to Neil for the excellent customer service he gave us on our recent car purchase. He was in contact with us at every stage of the purchase, keeping us informed about the extras we ordered and also a windscreen defect.
