Best in Class: Elddis, Buccaneer and Xplore Brands achieve highest scores in the NCC Manufacturing Accreditation Scheme

Leisure World Group is proud to retail vehicles from Erwin Hymer Group UK, following the manufacturer’s class-leading performance in the National Caravan Council’s (NCC) Manufacturer Approval Scheme for 2025–26.

In the NCC’s latest Annual Report, Erwin Hymer Group UK’s motorised product range – including motorhomes and campervans – has been awarded the maximum 5-star rating. The company’s touring caravan portfolio also achieved an outstanding 4.9-star rating.

This exceptional combined score places Erwin Hymer Group UK as the highest-ranking manufacturer of caravans, motorhomes and campervans within the NCC Manufacturing Accreditation Scheme.

These prestigious results span the Group’s three UK brands – Elddis, Xplore and Buccaneer – all of which are available through Leisure World Group, giving our customers access to some of the highest-quality vehicles on the market.

The latest NCC audit highlights the significant advances and improvements made across the business, awarding the highest possible 5-star rating to Erwin Hymer Group UK’s extensive motorised product range, alongside impressive results for its touring caravans. Together, these achievements confirm the company’s status as the UK market leader for product quality.

Erwin Hymer Group UK’s Managing Director, Chris Short, welcomed the Company’s class-leading NCC results, which have been further reinforced by the sheer number of industry awards won this season.

Vehicles displaying the NCC Approved badge meet all relevant industry construction regulations and standards at the time of manufacture.
