Your vehicle is protected against any material or workmanship defects occurring during normal use (as outlined in the Owner's Manual). Our warranty covers a full 365 days from the date of purchase.

If any repairs or replacements are needed and covered by the warranty, the highly skilled technicians at our accredited Leisure World Group service centres will handle them.
To report a fault or seek aftersales support for your vehicle, reach out to our Customer Support team at 03332 412710 or email us at support@lwguk.com. Provide your purchase details, vehicle identification number (VIN) and a detailed description of your issue. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process. Warranty claims should be made within the 365-day warranty period.
It's important to note that damages resulting from accidents, misuse or neglect are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, cosmetic damage and normal wear-and-tear are not covered. It is crucial to rely on our authorised personnel - improper maintenance and unauthorised modifications may void your warranty. We also do not cover water ingress or body delamination on vehicles more than 10 years old.
